Frequently Asked Questions

  • When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirming shipment & a tracking number (orders over $15 only). To prevent any delays or an order being shipped to the wrong address, please make sure your address is correct! 

  • For orders under $15:

Orders under $15, they will be shipped in a 6x4 envelope with a stamp. Unfortunately, they don't come with a tracking number but you will receive an email once I've shipped your order!

  • What is your return policy?

I cannot provide refunds or replacements if the item gets lost in the mail. I also cannot do any exchanges or replacements unless there is a visible product manufacturing issue. 

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Typically, an order shouldn't take any longer than two weeks to arrive. If so, please make a claim with the postal service. 

  • How do I contact customer support?
